TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Lesson fee shall be payable in advance of each lesson.
Failure by the pupil to give 48 hours notice cancelling any lesson may result in the pupil being liable for the lesson fee.
Stallard Driving School reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange lessons to a time convenient to both instructor and pupil.
Advanced block booking payments are non-refundable and only valid for 6 months.
The pupil agrees that he/ she is duly licensed to drive the tuition vehicle.
Stallard Driving School reserves the right to withdraw the tuition vehicle for a practice test if the instructor deems the pupil not up to the required standard.
